-Responsible for warehouse day-to-day operations in accordance with company compliance and policies.-Maximizing profits and productivity by theft identification and prevention, storage optimization.  Report writing and presentations to head of department on ongoing projects and issues on monthly/ quarterly bases in regards with health safety and security.  Developing the security SOPs and protocols for VIP movements and visits Budgets for security operations and monitor expenses, Working closely with the security contractors and making sure all the contractors are adhere with company policies and policies. Health and safety inspection for onsite HMO`s and Hostels and task allocation to resolve any issues related to Health, Safety, Fire and Security to ensure well-being of 400 residents Liaison with contractors on repair, service, and installation of any fire detection, intruder system, CCTV installations and monitoring through trained officers. Allocation of contracts, Recruitment of staff, delivering of training to different levels of staff members  Scheduling engineers for installation, commissioning and warranty support. Making quick and swift decisions using STAR methodology on Health Safety and Security issue arises due to high profile and high value assets movement. To prepare and undertake health and safety site management audits, report the findings and make recommendations for continuous improvement.  Budget management. To undertake Fire Risk Assessments, ensuring a systematic evaluation of all factors that determine the hazard from fire, its likelihood and the consequences if one were to occur, and clear recommendations for any measures that will reduce the risk to an acceptable level
