Manage and administer the construction and delivery of company’s MEP projects in terms of completion of the works at site, in accordance with the contract documents, proper documentation, finalization of financial accounts and achievement of the budget profit, whilst developing relationships with the client and also developing a professional team to work under limited supervision.  Project team leader controlling all aspects of the MEP/HVAC works including planning, administration, commercial, engineering, documentation and handover to the client.  Delegate work to the project team and monitor the progress to completion.  Prepare both progress and financial management reports throughout the project.  Maintain good relationships with the client and develop a professional team to establish the company as the contractor of choice.  Develop and administer the project estimate (budget) and control expenditure to ensure the budget profit is achieved. Create opportunities to improve profitability.  Initiate the project plan and review of progress against set targets. Monitor progress of all aspects of the work to ensure completion on time.  Review designs issued by the consultants to ensure they are suitable and adequate. Review and resolves any anomalies prior to starting of work.  Make regular applications for payment and collects cash to achieve positive cash flow.  Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.

Typhoon Facilities at Adam Airbase ProjectThis is Airbase project for Military of Defense, Sultanate of Oman. With around 21 no’s of buildings which includes Hanger, Maintenance Hangers, Accommodation buildings, Training centers and its substations.Roles and Responsibilities:# Job Responsibilities involves Site supervision (HVAC, CHW, Plumbing & FFP), Quality control, coordinating with other services, Testing & Commissioning of Mechanical equipment’s for Residential & Commercial buildings.# Review the shop drawings, construction details, product data, material samples, inspection plans, methods statements, delivery schedules to confirm compliance with the requirements of the project.# Review drawings for construction and documents such as construction methods, work procedure, specifications, documentation to ensure the quality as per the code and standard.# Formulating / implementing stringent systems and quality plans / manuals to ensure high quality standards during all stages of project.# Preparation and getting approval of Method Statement and Operation & Maintenance Manuals.#Review the weekly reports, forward work plans and daily reports to verify comprehensive activity documentation. Project Details: 1. ABG Tower, Kingdom of BahrainThe building is located in the Bahrain Bay development in Manama, Bahrain. It comprises of two office towers, both with ground floor, mezzanine and 9 office levels. Additionally there are four basement levels for the car parking’s.Roles and Responsibilities: # Monitor site progress including installation of required equipment against accepted programs. Make recommendation where extra sources or alternative work processes are required to maintain or increase performance.# Identify problematic design issues and make recommendations for alternative and cost effective re-design solutions.# Responsible for the implantation of quality assurance and quality control procedure to ensure that works accordance in the project specification as per the requirement of client.# Ensure a harmonious working relationship between the Contractor and the Consultants understanding that open communication and team work are to be promoted and that an adversarial management style will be detrimental to the project.# Review the weekly reports, forward work plans and daily reports to verify comprehensive activity documentation.
