Current Role: Regulatory Director - Airtel Niger. I have over 15 years of experience in ICT industry. Before my transition to regulatory function, I had successfully served as IT Director at Airtel (former Celtel / Zain) in Congo Brazzaville and Niger from 2005 to 2010 . Earlier I worked in Gabon for 9 years where I occupied several positions in the areas of Business Intelligence Systems, Data warehouse and Software development for big accounts. I am a good learner, my experience and leadership facilitated my transition from a technical management function to a business management function. I hold an Engineering Degree in Computer Science from the African Institute of Information Technology (IAI) of Libreville (Gabon).Looking to be a renowned expert in the area of ICT policy.
