• Segment Head of Credit Processing Cell at Mid Corporate Centre, Indore.• Leading a team of 14 members with a portfolio of INR 27 Billion.• In-charge of pre sanction appraisal in fresh & enhancement cases.• To perform as driver of business growth in a diligent & efficient manner.• Strengthen & perform efficient monitoring & follow-up system and to take corrective action to maintain quality credit portfolio.• Credit Risk Management, assessment of market developments & implications of economic factors, identification of risk areas & its mitigations.• Strengthening the Assessment & Due Diligence methodology for increasing quality business.• Evaluation of periodical operational and financial results & assessment of health of the account to detect signals and symptoms of sickness or deterioration taking place in conduct/performance of the account.

• Headed a branch having business of INR 2.30 Billion with a team of 9 members.• Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the bank’s objectives.• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans, responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership.• Locate areas of improvement and proposed corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities• Liasoning with auditors for anomalies & subsequent rectification/ recommendations to the management on the policies and procedures.

• Analysis of Financial Statements & Corporate Reporting, financial modeling and projections, optimize risk/ return in portfolio, variance analysis, conducting due diligence on companies and industries, economic viability of projects.• Risk Management: Credit Risk Rating, Facility Rating (probability of default & impact of loss),assessment of market developments & implications of economic factors, identification of risk areas & itsmitigations, statutory compliances.• Credit Appraisal of Mid & Large Corporate, SMEs & Retail Loans and monitoring portfolio of INR 16.64Billion to ensure quality at par with credit standards.• The aforesaid tenure of 4 years; 10 months include 2 years; 4 months as Credit Manager for the period March 2013 - July 2015 & 2 years; 6 months as Senior Credit Manager for the period July 2015 -December 2017.

• Lead & plan overall Credit Risk Management & Investment strategy.• Identify trends & anomalies in financial data & conducting in-depth reviews of clients' financialcircumstances, current provision and future aims.• Designing financial strategies & assisting clients to make informed decisions.• Recommendations to the management on the systems and procedures being reviewed, monitormanagement's response and implementation.• Perform performance tests, establish parameters for evaluating the performance & eliminate the areaswith inconsistent performance and profitability levels.

• Independent Internal & Statutory Audits of Corporate & Non-Corporate in varied industries.• Preparation of audit plan & strategies, finalization of audit & preparation of audit report.• Preparation of Project Report, providing consultancy to clients, preparation of submissions against notices received from revenue authorities.• TDS, Service Tax, ROC & other statutory compliances.
