Carried out project based recruitment and led a team of 300 people (mostly technical) and managed 50M INR annual spend across 10 to 12 sites. Designed and executed best practices and processes for maintenance and modifications in passenger cars. Developed many Testing and Scanning machines for easy troubleshooting in passenger cars.
