- Oversee the sales and marketing aspects of our radio shows. - Coordinating with production, finance, and programming teams to ensure effective promotion and advertising of station content.- Managing sponsorship contracts with First Nations, Provincial government offices, and other businesses to ensure profitable and mutually beneficial partnerships. - Utilizing various CRM software and social media to assess the company's performance.- Identifying opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to enhance our market presence. My overall goal is to drive audience/listeners engagement and maximize revenue for CHON-FM.

As a Student Life Assistant, I assist with the planning, organizing, promoting, and implementing campus life activities for New York Tech Vancouver students. - I encourage students to find a balance between their rigorous academic programs and life outside of the classroom through social, cultural, and recreational-based programs. - Plan, organize, and implement Campus Life events - Both Online and in-person. - Manage the event registration process, including sending event confirmations and answering student questions promptly. - Conduct and analyze post-event evaluations to determine whether an event was successful and met goals through feedback surveys. Assist in other campus initiatives or events such as Graduation, Community Engagement day, The Big Give, etc.- Document Student Life events through photos, videos, and live Instagram sessions. - Write articles/blogs around Student Life activities for the New York TechVancouver blog. - Create attractive posters to promote Campus Life events and post around campusin specified locations promptly.
