I am currently living in Kajaani, Northern part of Finland and relocating is not an option. I am seasoned working remotely and working in team scattered through multiple locations (also with international twists). I love to work in developing software products with long term commitment instead of short term customer projects.-Since 2007 I've been actively working in software development and I have gained widely experience from software business and especially working with products. I began my career as developer and evolved into architect in SharePoint 2007 to 2019 and Office 365 platforms and also worked as product manager in managing and directing the development & product while keeping strong touch in technology. Since beginning of 2020 I've been working in creating case management and document archiving solution utilizing more Microsoft "traditional" technology stack with connections to Microsoft 365 features. Recently I've been involved in AI twists too with document management angle. Through work I've gained good substance knowledge from case and document management with applicable frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 19011, ISO 13485, ISO 14721 and Sähke2 & OAIS. I've also held numerous training sessions as trainer for the solutions that I've build and worked with customers. My experience also includes leadership work experience to get things done as part of larger development teams as "go to point for management and developers". I tend to pay attention to people with whom I work with and obtain insights that come as unspoken/unwritten way.Agile Software development methods are familiar, mainly Scrum as Scrum master and Product owner roles. I have experience from managing offshore software development (subcontracting) and offshore software maintenance. What I like most is to look for possible solutions to solve needs. I like to research & "dig into" different topics and gain knowledge to be utilized. As for my personality I can count myself as extrovert and I love to work as easily approachable "go to person" in my responsibility area, but I need "silent work hours" to recharge and think. I love to start my days early and finish early to be able enjoy outdoor activities, but when needed I can work prolong workdays if it serves the needs and is meaningful.
