I founded MentorumBurada Platform based on the needs of my own community to help high school students to matriculate to college successfully. I created a network with 55 volunteer mentors to help more than 150 students. My responsibilities included: -Creating a comprehensive mentorship program framework, including objectives, guidelines, and key performance indicators-Establishing program policies, procedures, and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values-Developing strategies to addressing the specific needs and goals of the students, tailoring the program to meet their requirements-Designing and implementing a mentor and mentee recruitment strategy to attract qualified individuals-Providing mentorship training and orientation to mentors, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to be effective mentors
