Fellow Chartered Accountant and Founder Director of Kennis, I am a seasoned professional with a total of 21 years of hands-on experience, who stays with the client all the way, planning and implementing innovative strategies.After becoming one of the youngest CAs in India at the age of 20, I began my career as an executive, with a Non-banking Finance company. In just 6 months, I was promoted to be a member of the core team and came to be the acting Executive Director/CFO. I have been been the head of the Investment Banking and Corporate Consultancy Division of the Company for over 4 years. My assignment portfolio included arranging funds through Debt, Equity and IPO, Business Structuring and Restructuring, Valuations, Financial Structuring, Balance Sheet Structuring, and other related aspects.To challenge my young and enterprising mind and to bring a different approach towards Business and Finance management, I turned to become an entrepreneur. Having founded Kennis, I have been working with multiple businesses of different sizes helping them with not only fund raise but also strategic and financial planning for fast pace growth of their respective business. I do not restrict my efforts only to the Financial aspects of the business but also cover all aspects of business activity be it marketing, admin, HR, etc which play a vital role in the success of any business enterprise. I feel that every seemingly minor task needs to be addressed with the same amount of professionalism as major strategic initiatives. Currently, I am the head of the strategic advisory and investment banking practice of Kennis.
