Also open sourced our solution of adding GIF to canvas.• Developed Two Teacher Model type of sessions which made sure every 50 student has a class teacher allocated apart from Master teacher, by dividing them into sections to solve their doubt in class, this made sure TAT for doubt solving stayed less than 2 mins even during the covid when student count per classes increased to 1000+.• Developed Augmented Live classes, i.e. recorded classed but feels like a live class with in class quiz, chat and doubt support. This brought down the cost for a course by 75% for students and hence introduced a new business segment to cater the less privileged.
