I work closely with the founder of Changesmith to analyze social media engagement and manage course and web analytics, with a focus on driving growth. Using tools like Python, SQL, and Excel, I handle data wrangling, transformation, and weekly analysis to uncover insights into social media activity and course engagement.Using data driven strategies, I am responsible for understanding all patterns within the client and following base which will help improve user experiences, and attract more tech leaders and engineering professionals to our courses. The goal is to support leaders in becoming more effective communicators and public speakers.

I had the opportunity to work with Stoneybatter Place during its transformation from a student residence into a fully operational hotel. I collaborated closely with the management team to oversee the turnover and setup for the summer season. My responsibilities included managing reservations through Rezlynx Guestline, conducting weekly competitor analysis focusing on demand trends in Ireland, and handling over 5,000 bookings, many on fully occupied days. We also looked into all customer requirements and made sure to maintain loyal customers over the short period of time increasing customer satisfaction. Additionally, we managed key operational tasks such as linen coordination and overseeing deliveries. This role sharpened my soft skills, taught me how to work under pressure, and provided invaluable on-site customer service experience.

During my Master’s, I worked at Mezzino Stoneybatter Place as Residential Operations Coordinator.Coordinated along with the management team for community engagement initiatives by organizing events and activities for a diverse student population. Used insights from attendance and feedback data and successfully improved participation rates for future events throughout the academic year.I also transitioned from a part-time role to full-time front desk staff during the summer, managing reservations for the Summer hotel.

Contributed to Sustainable reporting of SME’s in Ireland while working closely with the CEO of 4see AI along with the collaboration of Dublin City Council. Developed a model to extract all import information from employee contracts required for the reporting with the fine tuning and training the BERT- uncased model on the Squad 2 dataset.
