Current• Partner with Global Sales and APAC Marketing leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success and optimize employee performance. • Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, 9-box talent reviews, and key promotions/retentions for assigned business units. • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies to support business growth and organizational effectiveness. • Drive employee… Show more • Partner with Global Sales and APAC Marketing leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success and optimize employee performance. • Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, 9-box talent reviews, and key promotions/retentions for assigned business units. • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies to support business growth and organizational effectiveness. • Drive employee engagement initiatives, focusing on creating a positive work environment, recognition programs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Support managers through performance enablement processes, including goal setting, feedback, reviews, and Performance Improvement Plans. • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to implement diversity, equity, and inclusion programs tailored to the needs of the business and marking teams. • Guide business leaders through organizational changes, including team restructuring and expansion into new markets. • Leverage data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and support business decision-making. • Maintain a strong HR presence on the floor, regularly gathering and sharing insights on employee sentiment and organizational pulse. • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations across multiple jurisdictions, adapting strategies to meet local and international requirements. • Mentor and develop HR team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within the HR function.
