I proactively oversee preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements and review all month-end closing activities.● I played a strategic role for the development of the institutional client pipeline of Solar/ Wind, Biomass projects for the Green/ Alternative Energy Fund, Feb 2017 – Present, across CIS, SE Asia and Africa, including management of the legal, FX, and Tax risks aspects for the greenfield and brownfield projects. ● I was assigned as the CFO, May 2017 – Feb 2018, to successfully manage the turnaround of a specialized engineering and construction company in Qatar through effective restructuring of the tax, operational, and cross-country supply chain functions, successor planning, and shareholder relations management. ● I acted as the COO & Shareholder, Mar 2012 – Present, for a privately-owned outpatient clinics company to drive and implement the strategy, operational, financial and managerial model, development of strategic development plan, and selection of acquisition targets. ● I played the key role of Interim CFO, Board Member of IT Invest, May 2014 – Feb 2015, to turnaround the recently acquired Russian Algo/HFT derivatives / FX broker-dealer through effective business process re-engineering (settlements, middle / back office) and establishing international presence as a Guernsey licensed broker-dealer. ● I successfully established the operational, organisational and tax framework in US and EU markets for a Russian-owned software vendor (Mar 2012), including creation of IP rights protection, transfer pricing and distribution (hardware+software and SaaS) model.

I successfully steered the international relationships with Headquarters in Vienna, Milan, Munich, London, as well as the overall financial management of the subsidiary operations. I efficiently oversaw all non-business areas including IT, Legal, HR, Internal Audit and Finance Functions. Manage activities of the CFO, 9 Heads of Departments, and Finance Director. I played a key role within the management board of UniCredit Securities (Russia) and UniCredit Securities International (Cyprus), as well as voting member of Asset-Liability Management and Market Risk Committees. I proactively led the negotiations with corporate parent and shareholders in relation with finance, reporting, transfer pricing and tax issues of Russian and Cypriot entities within the UniCredit Group. I introduced the parallel local / IFRS multi-currency reporting, collateral management and prime brokerage products for clients. I directed the outsourcing of specific operations between Cyprus and Russia entities, including streamlining communication with regulatory authorities (Cypriot Securities and Exchange Commission) and workflow to orchestrate the middle-office function and to mitigate related tax risks. I effectively outsourced the IT functions to an independent, carved-out IT provider to achieve lower costs and superior service. I led the negotiations with client and structured Equity-Linked notes issue transaction for major Russian oil company (1600M USD).
