• Ensuring all project documents (drawings, shop drawings, RFIs, as-builts, change orders, etc.) arecontrolled, transmitted, and archived for optimal tracking and report generation.

• Conducted daily inspections to ensure quality of work and adherence to relevant standardsplans and standard specifications.
• Supervising the pouring of reinforced concrete and taking samples to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Cost control, project scheduling, quantity tracking, material procurement, estimating & supervision of field activities.
• Full knowledge of the finishing works such as plastering, tiling, and painting.
• Work closely with superintendent, interpret drawings and specifications for field crews and craft, prepare work plans and work packages, order, and schedule material deliveries, ensure the quality of field operations.
