Responsible for progress and delivery of LICT (Leveraging ICT for Growth, Employment and Governance) Project

• Lead team to build the largest and most robust optical fiber telecom network infrastructure in Bangladesh with 100% national coverage from scratch to provide transmission and mobile backhauling support to all Telecom operators in the country.• Lead implementation of the first 3G and 4G network deployment in Bangladesh• Connected over 34,000 network towers, 3650 government offices and a plethora of ISPs.

• Generating leads, engaging with potential clients to discuss their Software and overall IT needs to establish new business.• Analyzing client requirement and working with the software development team to create and deliver customized value-based solution built on the customer’s current and future needs.• Working closely with key decision makers as well as developers, system architects and testing teams to offer guidance and advice on what solutions will best fit the current and future needs of the business in line with its vision.• Coordinating design team, technical team and SQA team based on customer requirements, throughout all the development phases of the software until project closing and delivery to clients.• Meeting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.• Responsible for performance management, process improvement, progress monitoring and tracking.
