To oversee & analyze global trend of ITES (IT enabled service) offerings & industry adoption and to select/design Computer Services ITES offerings & service portfolio based on Bangladesh technology adoption maturity for both the Telecommunication, BFSI, Government, Conglomerates, Enterprise & SMB client verticals.3. To set up both short term & long term ITES division’s business strategy and both infrastructure & human resource capacity planning, cost-effective investment along with selection of Strategic Global Partners by evaluating features, scalability, and robustness to achieve business goals.4. Stakeholder (i.e: Commercial, Sales, Finance & Technology) management through cross functional communication & ensure on time project delivery. 5. Setting up departments KPI’s and monitor performance KPI’s of both business & technology operation.6. Manage a team to be high performing and highly motivated by ensuring the growth and development of the members individually and collectively in order to achieve superior business results.

 To manage relevant contractual, technical and operational issues in ongoing projects To lead the investment & project evaluation process of various projects submitted for investment in the business incubators for ICT Projects. To prepare the policy & procedures of incubator operating & monitoring process along with training & development planning of the entrepreneurs. To review company current practices of each department of each units of organizations & analyse & identify improvement areas. To drive for operational excellence, maintain competitive cost structure, continuous improvement initiatives, and efficient use of company resources. To demonstrate resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding technology oriented investment projects

 Plan, organize, control, manage & roll out of all development activities associated with the application of assigned technical projects of varying sizes. Develop application methodology relating to the complex acquisition. Develop and implement resource and staffing plans for the project engagement. Escalating issues that impact project timing & budget, working with staffing coordinator/project managers to obtain additional resources as needed during project lifecycle. Coordinating, and controlling company projects related to selection, acquisition, development, and installation of major information systems for the division.  Working independently and accurately on multiple projects to completion and effectively carry out multitask operations/projects, prioritize and meet deadlines is essential. Suggesting team lead & project managers in the event of company ongoing projects & activities that serve to provide appropriate access to and protect the confidentiality and integrity of customer, employee, and business information in compliance with organization policies and standards. Lead the development of Trouble ticketing management system, Human capital management system, Reservation Management System, Asset & service management System & Contracting & Credentialing System application.

• To manage & coordinating the NOC team to ensure that the networking system runs efficiently without interruption and to ensure that the systems and technology used are constantly upgraded to remain relevant.• To manage technical team for development, design and systems integration along with testing & production deployment phases.• To analyze and design the extended service offerings applications and to work with the application development team for the implementation.• Direct day-to-day administration & performance monitoring of Mail Servers, Proxy Servers, DNS Servers, Radius Server, Web Servers, firewalls, routers, switches, application and database servers, FTP servers security logs and system log analysis.• Configuring switches and routers according to design using VLAN, VTP, ACL, HDLC/ PPP WAN, VPN & Configuration and trouble shootings of Backbone and Backhaul Links for Internet.• Write web based ISP management scripts for the Helpdesk and the administration to ease the operation.
