User voice representative for Continuity of Carer workstream expert reference group which including researchers, regional leads and is chaired by Chief Midwifery Officer Jacqueline Dunkley- Bent Supporting policy implementation and operational planning at National level as part of the Maternity Transformation Programme in line with Better Births and the Long Term Plan.

Chairing a mixed discipline NHS body to implement the changes highlighted in Better Births and the Maternity Transformation programme at Trust level. Using engagement and co-production tools to bring service user voices into shaping maternity services. Organising events, meeting and engagement activities to ensure that voices are given a safe, inclusive and valid voice at the table to support change. Working alongside NHS, charities, local sector & private organisations for multi-level change. Since starting Croydon MVP has grown in numbers, outreach and impact and we’re excited about future collaborative work ahead.
