· Support the team in achieving revenue targets, improving revenue by 20%, reducing customer churn, and ramping current accounts · Ensure over 100 records are received within state guidelines daily · Communicate with over 20 health care providers weekly both orally and in writing to help resolve barriers preventing them from releasing information in a timely manner · Utilize internal database to send requests via fax, email, and mail · Perform quality checks on over 100 records received daily to ensure accuracy · Complete support tickets and addresses questions from clients, providers, and patients daily · Make 70-100 outbound calls to facilities and healthcare providers daily · Take over 50 inbound calls from facilities and health care providers to answer questions and provider excellent customer care · Handle provider complains and provider appropriate solutions to ensure a timely response to record requests· Provide world-class customer/client service · Read medical records, billing records, radiology images/reports and label accordingly to request · Maintain the highest standard of privacy, data quality, data integrity, confidentiality, and security
