With more than 2000 hours of experience in coaching individuals and teams, I am practiced at conducting needs assessments and goals, leveraging strong active listening and interpersonal communication skills to build trust and confidence and address opportunities for development. I am adept at collaborating with managers to identify high potential employees for leadership coaching and to increase employee engagement. With my extensive international experience, having relocated before, I am equipped to provide intercultural training and suport to partners and their spouses with relocation and integration.
