Working in Bright bar Division MIS - Overall preparation of MIS Reports on monthly basis. This includes performance of the Unit, Cost of Conversion, Working Capital Reports, Material Balancing (Control Reports) etc.Variance Analysis – Comparison of Budget V/s Target, Target V/s Actual and also mention reason of variance to management Preparation of Reconciliation Statements i.e. Job reconciliation , MIS Profit & Loss statement with Trail balance on quarterly basis Preparation of Cost Sheet of different product as per demand.Budgeting – Overall preparation of Budget including compilation of Information from various plants, adhering to the norms, and compliance of inventory norms. Driving Cost control both, Direct and Indirect costs and driving efficiency by timely reporting to Management Stock Valuation as per AS-2Management of Working Capital with key focus on monitoring and controlling receivables, inventories and parablesI individual handled the Cost Audit workLiaison with the Internal & External Auditors and reporting to the management on the progress on the audit recommendations in the Unit.

The Unit is a part of Textile Business and engaged in the manufacturing of Yarn & Fabric, the unit comes under LNJ Group which is one of the largest group in Textile Industry and turnover of co. is Rs.400 Cores.
