I’ve taken over the company as a ship from previous management, analyzed the past and the current, created and delivered the vision to have fun and safe journey for everyone who’s on the ship. Went with people first approach, created processes and brought techniques for ship to run efficient and for people to have less problems. Sr. Ruby on Rails Developer- Lead developing and team leading in various projects- Building and managing applications with different characteristics such as multi tenant, multi instance, high available- Preparing solid solutions for different complex features, architectures and applications- Researching about the development process improvement, and the standards- Managing servers with provisioning tools
