- To meet the brewery’s electrical requirements by having a thorough knowledge and understanding of the equipment.- To plan for regular maintenance and process instruments to ensure a high reliability of operation in the brewery according to set standards.- To manage and direct the electrical Technician, inclusive of contractors, ensuring that all work done are carried out safely and conform to set engineering standards.- To train, develop and coach subordinates by identifying and providing training needs.- To maintain, review and implement specified procedures and controls to meet company’s and APBL’s Heineken worldwide Group standards.- To assist on Heineken’s/ brewery’s operational efficiency and affectivity wherever possible by supporting chief engineer in their electrical requirements.- To communicate closely with Chief Engineer and colleagues on day to day work related issues, based on customer-supplier relationship to sustain high productivity.- To maintain an updated inventory of all electrical equipment in the plant complete with relevant set parameters for reference used in planned maintenance.- To assist the Chief Engineer to ensure the availability of necessary electrical spare parts so as to minimize line downtime.- To assist in the planned maintenance and breakdown repairs in the brewery where necessary.- To assist Brewery Team in plant projects, breakdown repairs and troubleshooting of faults to ensure brewery equipment is operated at its optimum.- To ensure good housekeeping of the workshop for cleanliness and a safe working environments.- To ensure that all electrical spares, workshop equipment and instruments are maintained in good condition and stored properly.Specialties: Preventive Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, TPM Tools and Methodologies, Computer Maintenance Management System, Spare Part Inventory Management, Automation specialist Rockwell Automation Products.Building Technologies with Siemens Fire & Safety products.
