Current● Collaborate with the team to Develop and maintain automated dashboards and trackers for monitoring KPIs,leading to the quicker discovery of problems and insights.● Regressively measure and track key business metrics, including order volume, cancellations, recovery, revenue, etc., and assist business units in strategizing business, marketing campaigns, and offers for brand growth in terms of sales, views, and CTR.● Enhancing the user experience by tracking and ensuring minimal cancellations on four levels (daily, monthly, category, and merchant level); Also monitoring brands' performance in terms of order fulfillment and store activation on the app, which leads to 0.8 % MX cancellation and 90%+ activation.● Created a dashboard in Data Studio integrated with a BigQuery database to track sales associate performance, conversions, and monthly incentives.● Drafted daily & monthly sales reports and analysis that aid in organizing differentcampaigns to increase demand at partner brands, manage their P&L, and generate revenue through ad sales at these brands.● Worked with other teams to resolve issues, drive product changes, and improve business intelligence.
