1. Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member2. Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture3. Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team each month and make recommendations to improve the company’s current offerings.4. Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction5. Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations.6.Responsible for handling full Recruitment life cycle from soucing to joining.

• Handling Recruitment for Tier 1 clients like Infosys, HCL and Birla Soft.• Responsible for handling full recruitment life Cycle• Recruitment for all Front-level, Mid-level & Senior Level positions. • Sourcing the candidates from different sources such as social networking, Job-Portals (Naukri.com, Monster.com), LinkedIn, References & existing database.• Work closely with Team Lead/Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool.• Scheduling the shortlisted candidates as per the time slots allotted by the business heads.• Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, salary negotiation, conducting interviews, reference checks etc.• Following up to ensure good turnaround time of the interview process till candidates joining.• Following up with candidates for the acceptance of the offer made.• Constantly keeping in touch with the selected candidates to ensure avoidance of dropouts and also maintain a contact with them after joining.
