I am a dedicated mechanical engineer with experience in production engineering and project management. Holding a BE degree in Mechanical Engineering, I have been working as a Production Engineer at International Industrial Springs for the past year.In my current role, I oversee the operations of the heat treatment and surface treatment departments, managing a team of 25 workers. I take pride in mentoring and developing three engineers under my guidance, fostering their growth and contributing to their professional success.Additionally, I am responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and implementing 5S principles throughout the plant. During my tenure, I successfully completed four cold storage projects, excelling in technical sales and project management.
