As a Senior Executive Member at HRidhaan - The HR club of IIM Raipur, I contribute to the club's mission of enhancing the knowledge and skills of the students in the field of human resources management. Hridhaan has seen me involved in organizing various events, workshops, and competitions at Pan India level.Prior to joining HRidhaan, I spent over a year honing my research and analytical skills as a Research Analyst at Arcgate Technologies LLP. There, I tackled diverse online research projects, analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and business strategies using tools like Microsoft Excel. I also honed my business communication skills, leading training sessions for the colleagues.My academic background is equally diverse, holding a Master of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree, with minors in Economics, Public Administration, and English Literature from Bhupal Nobles' University, Udaipur. I am fluent in both English and Hindi and possess a genuine interest in expanding my linguistic and cultural horizons.Beyond academics and professional experience, I am a trained Kathak dancer, a pursuit that has instilled in me a highly creative mindset. Additionally, my experience as a national air pistol shooter has equipped me with a deep understanding of the value and intricacies of team dynamics.These diverse experiences have equipped me with a unique blend of core competencies, including online research, business communication, human resources management, and project management.
