In this dynamic changing world, nothing is permanent. I am an engineer turned analyst. As an analyst I started my journey to increase the business growth. My core area of expertise is to analyse the drawbacks in the business and help develop a plan along with the head of the business to incorporate changes in the whole system. The approach is to engrave the core idea of the business into every team member. This in turn will help in bringing a uniform thought process which in turn will help in the business development. I started with Umami and totally dedicated myself in improving the team and the sales.I have completed MA Politics and Public Administration in University of Konstanz and MSc International Relations from University of Essex as a part of the dual degree programme. My master studies have equipped me with analytical and research skills. I update myself with the events happening around and its impact on the people in the long run. Researching is something I developed over time to satisfy my curiosity to learn new things. My desire to be there for the people and working towards their development has been there since the day I started understanding the ways of the world.I like to challenge myself everyday, as learning and growth is a life long process. In the field of Politics and International Relations, it is important to maintain a steady progress as the decisions and the policies keep adapting to the present day events. Studying Political Science and International Relations has helped me in enhancing my foresight abilities, as it is imperative to understand the consequences or the ripple effects of a decision taken or a strategic relationship established between nations. My research or content creation skills are not limited to my studies, but I hope to expand with those skills in Learning and Development department in organisations that value Soft Skills. If I were not a Political Analyst, I would be growing in the field of Learning and Development as a trainer, content curator and facilitator. I look forward to work in a dynamic and challenging environment as it will add skills and experience to my growth and help understand the world better from a political, social, economic and humanitarian perspective.
