Working on Ekam Foundation and Royal Enfield CSR Project to Strengthen the Maternal and Child Health in Kanchipuram District. Key Roles:-1. To promote & identify early referral in District GH, PHC's and Communities. 2. To Conduct Maternal awareness Programme for Antenatal and Postnatal mothers in Primary Health Centers3. To Conduct Adolescent Health training Programme for School students. 4. Liaisoning with District Health department to implement the activities in community level. 5. Designing and Upgrade the normal labor ward into Modern labor ward as per LaQshya norms. (including civil works, interior works, equipment support) 6. Coordinating the Tracking of High-Risk Mothers & Children in community. 7. Monitor the activities of community outreach workers 8. Documentation work
