Pre-Sales Specialist - Microsoft
Current• Provide Pre-sales support including software and services scoping for Microsoft solutions: Azure/Office365/EMS & dynamics 365.• Provide Pre-sales support for CSP partners who resell subscriptions on Microsoft online services and products to end users or third party resellers under the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider program • Presales support around Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 and other customer engagement cloud solutions, specifically in the areas of sales, marketing, customer service, field service and project management.• Identify customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs within area of specialisation• Ensure compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA's)• Assisting sales people in the qualification of customer needs• Responding in writing to customer requirements• Supporting sales Teams on the execution of specific sales strategies• Ensure that targets are achieved i.e.; weekly targets, monthly targets, quarterly targets.• Delivery product training with the assistance of vendors to ensure that the sales department have the relevant information and knowledge.
