At present working as a Head Utility Operation& Maintenance in SSS ENGINEERING FMCG TRICHY.Green Field Project Erection and commision of Engineering Equipment.Manufacturing Food Production of Biscuit,Atta,Snacks & Noodles plant.Previously working as Maintenance Manager Manufacturing of Castings product Sand and Investment Casting ISO 9001, 14001 and 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified organization since 2014 worked in Maintenance,projects and Utility.➢ FMEA and appropriate corrective action to increase MTBF and reduce MTTR.➢ Effective allocation and utilization of resources➢ Interaction with Government/TNEB/PCB authorities.➢ Preparation and Monitoring of Maintenance budget&AMC, spares management. ➢ Maintenance of Utilities like Generator,Boiler,Cooling Tower, Wet scrubberCompressor, Blower, Air Conditioners and Chillers, Dehumidifier, Pneumatic and hydraulic equipments, shrink wrapping machines, packing equipments, belt conveyers, screw conveyers, beam conveyers, gear boxes.➢ Preventive maintenance&shut-down maintenance for rotary and static equipments (Vaporizer, Heat Exchanger for Plate type & Shell and tube type, Air receiver, Heater, Steam drum, Husk Boiler, Reciprocating Compressor &Screw Compressor➢ Hydraulic wax press, Robots, Boiler, Shot blast machine, Acid pickling.➢ Melting furnaces, Heat Treatment furnaces, tempering furnaces, Hardening furnaces, Oil Quenching furnaces.➢ PLC/SCADA/Electrical Equipments.➢ VMC, HMC, GRINDING, SPMs & Conventional Machines and all type of Hydraulic& Pneumatics Equipments.➢ Knowledge on ISO standards, OHSAS, Statutory & Environmental requirements like Pollution Control Board norms.➢ Knowledge on 5 S / TPM / Kaizen/ Preparing the SOP for all kind jobs➢ To implement Daily/monthly/annual preventive & predictive maintenance activities of plant & machinery in laminated plant.➢ Preparation of annual Maintenance budget, Daily activities like 5s, TPM, Kaizen, Spares .
