Current• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues• Assist with installation of computer software and operatingsystem updates.• Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network systems to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Linux, Windows), hardware, and networking devices for multiple users and departments.• Monitor and maintain telecommunication systems and computer networks to ensure uninterrupted service.• Troubleshoot and resolve network, telecommunication, and IT-related issues, both remotely and on-site, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.• Assist users with system setup, software installations, and system updates, providing clear guidance and support.• Perform regular system audits to ensure security compliance and optimal system performance.• Collaborate with other IT teams to manage server environments, conduct system backups, and implement disaster recovery plans.• Train end-users on new technologies, system usage, and best practices to ensure efficient use of IT resources.• Keep detailed records of all technical incidents and resolutions to improve response times and future issue resolution.
