Responsible for Power train - Engine Cylinder block / head / clutch and mechanical housing , Crank shaft machining process and product quality labratory ManagementCMM / roundness tester , roughness tester contour , microscopic analysis , cleanliness lab ( contamination inspection) etc..

Responsible for Power train - Casting Engine Cylinder block / Cylinder head parts process product quality Handling of Laboratory - metrology (CMM/ calipers / roughness tester other basic Equipments metallurgy - spectrometer / Hardness tester - Brinell hardness tester / Rockwell / and vickers Microscopic analysis Radiography analysis for product soundness confirmation LPDC - core sand quality confirmation equipments - AFS / sand seiver / transverse strength and stock point tester etc..

Responsible for plant quality - ingot manufacturing / die casting and Machining process ISO 9001- 2008 / TS16949 Act as management representative customer handling Green field instrument and equipment installation training and development of team for Quality
