    My role as Group Portfolio Manager for Brisbane and Townsville included the management of seven Shopping Centres, two Homemaker Centres and one 5 Star NABERS Office, totalling over 85,000 m2 GLA and with an asset value over $500 million. Leading a team of 13 across leasing, property management, operations, marketing and lease administration functions, I successfully delivered a number of projects including the Stage 2 expansion of Fairfield Central, Townsville for which I also assumed the role of Development Manager for the project. This project was delivered on time and 80% leased on completion. Ultimately, the project increased the centre from 5,400 m2 GLA to 14,300 m2 GLA with a total investment of circa $24 million. Once complete, the project went on to win the PCA 2016 Design Award.In addition, I was responsible for fostering a strong relationship with the Wesfarmers brands (Coles, Kmart, Target and Bunnings), using my networks and industry knowledge to successfully achieve this.Finally, I was also charged with master planning of existing assets to identify value-add opportunities and long-term investment plans which results in several lucrative opportunities being identified and advanced.
