The issues generally include misaligned requirements, corridor access and handover dates, and commercial risk transfers between packages. He was the single point of contact for these on SWM including undertaking any escalation and governance approvals to manage the Contractor completions. His continual focus on value for money and appropriate risk resolution with the Contractors was key to ensure sensible best for project progression. He streamlined uncertainties into articulated options for decision making through to completion to meet overall schedule targets.
