Support customer accounts working with multi-vendor equipment.Diagnose and repair instruments; perform preventive maintenance, Troubleshooting servo controls and stepper motors, load solenoid electronics, pneumatic, liquid handling systems, and control software using various Windows operating systems.

· Support customer accounts across US and Canada; occasional to travel to Europe to assist in emergency repairs. · Arrange appropriate travel in accordance to customer need; diagnose and repair instruments; perform preventive maintenance, performance certification, IQ/OP/PQ.· Troubleshooting servo controls and stepper motors, electronics, pneumatics, HTS micro-plate readers cell analysis systems, cell washers and control software using various Windows operating systems. · Conduct training classes for other engineers. · Provide phone support for Customers/Field Engineers.

· Repair all medical electronics equipment including all ventilator equipment, aspirators, acute cardiac care ultrasound equipment. · Maintain repairs on all clinical lab equipment.· Maintain repairs on all rehabilitation equipment radiology equipment. · Perform outside repairs for other facilities when needed. · Additional responsibilities included supervising overall operation and attending meetings when Coordinator unavailable. · Member of Disaster Committee Group and Safety Management Committee.

· Repair medical electronic equipment ventilator dialysis equipment acute cardiac care equipment lab equipment. · Responsibilities also include being on a rotating, on call schedule.
