Based on the need for patient education on the indications, side effects and risks of over-the-counter medications, I developed BAYER Pharmacy app as an educational and commercial application, which viewed BAYER pharmaceutical products in 3D. The application represents a 3D virtual simulation of BAYER pharmacy, where users represented as avatars, can walk inside the pharmacy, choose any over-the-counter medication, get educated about its side effects and interactions and purchase it as well, all in an interactive way. The App is indicated for consumers from all ages and works both on Android and Apple devices. My project is committed to deploying new technologies that empower patients on their path to better health. This is also considered as an approaching step into virtualising online market stores and is currently under further evaluation and development.
