Responsibilities & Duties:Participated in HQ project in Shenzhen, China. The team consulted me to utilize my relevant experience in the IPTV to lead the design of a newer version of Huawei IPTV software solutions. Which includes Product Development, Requirements Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis, and Sales Planning.• Develop the product description and road map for 3 years.• Preparing sales displays and modules • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by, appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging and licensing.• Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.• Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data and reviewing delivery and sales costs.In addition, managed the OTT apps development (VOD, Music and some games) along with the music content management portal. The teams were working on that project were distributed in Kuwait, Saudi, Dubai & China from different departments and diverse expertise of System Analysts, Marketing executives & managers, Android & iOS Developers, Operations manager and R&D members.
