Creating users, password changes, assigning users to respective offices, integration with Office365 for licensing, and access control system.• Asset Management Systems: Managing and tracking assets through an asset management application and workflows.• Management of Help Desk : Insure great customer service and support is provided to all users. • Managing access to vendor operators: B2B Tunnels and requesting and providing access to different modules that the users work at inside the operators. • Product Operation Responsibilities: Physical Datacentre Implementation (Rack and Blade Servers, Network Switches, ASA Firewall, VMWare, SAN and NAS Storage).• Virtual Server Farm Setup and Administration: Network Design, Space Allocation, Hypervisor Support, Virtual Infrastructure Client Management• Product Deployment Workbooks: Hardware Architecture, Network Architecture; SAN Architecture; Hardware Verification.• Infrastructure and Facilities: Work Closely with Facilities on all new and existing offices and projects.
