As a sustainability-oriented, responsible, and committed professional, I am passionate about driving sustainable development globally. This passion began during my B.Sc. in Water Engineering and deepened through my M.Sc. in Sustainable Management - Water and Energy. My academic journey allowed me to develop expertise in water, energy, environmental engineering, climate change, and agriculture, complemented by enriching experiences in funded exchange programs and internships across Egypt, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands.Having lived in four countries, I have enjoyed cultural diversity and developed strong intercultural communication skills. These experiences have also reinforced my belief in the value of learning from others to create meaningful impact.Currently, I work as Manager of Team Egypt and Area Lead for North Africa at Delphy, a Dutch agricultural consultancy and knowledge company operating in 60 countries. In my role, I lead the Egypt team, oversee agricultural development projects, and build partnerships across the North Africa region to promote sustainable farming practices and empower local communities.
