    Implemented three (03) IT Projects of more than Rs. 3500 Million under which 1170 IT Labs were established in Government Schools of KP and more than 2000 IT teaching staff was hired to run these IT Labs.• These are the state of the art IT Labs with InterActive OneScreen and 16 PCs per lab which are loaded with digital contents to support Blended Learning.• Managed distribution of the IT Labs among the districts on rationale base.• Selected feasible Schools for establishment of IT Labs as per criteria according to the PC-1.• As a Project Manager, managed establishment of the IT Labs, wherein the IT Labs rooms were renovated through PTCs (Parent Teacher Councils) in the field and procurement of furniture & IT equipment’s was done from the market.• Managed recruitment of the IT teaching staff out of more than 30,000 candidates under the project policy. Two IT teaching staff (i.e. one in B-16/17 and one in B-12) was recruited for each IT Lab.• Handle all the financial management of these projects as a Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO) for 5 years.• Managed inauguration of these IT labs public representatives for recognition and awareness at large.
