• Provincial Coordinator of EMIS for National EMIS (NEMIS), Pakistan.• Establish District EMIS cells in KP to facilitate the field formations.• Conducted 8 Annual Schools Census of Government and 1 of Private Schools and carried out the tool designing, database management, analysis, validation and reporting.• Member of core group of first-ever Out-Of-School Children (OOSC) survey in KP.• Develop School MIS for heads of the schools to manage their schools effectively.• Worked closely with all National and International Development Partners i.e. UNICEF, USAID, ESDP-GIZ, ASI-DFID etc. for data and evidence based decision making.• Develop Data Quality Standards (DQS) for the first time in Pakistan with the technical support of ESDP-GIZ.• Worked as Resource Person for ESDP-GIZ on Education Management for the District Education Officers in KP.• Remained part of UNICEF-ROSA EMIS evaluation study wherein the KP EMIS was also selected as model besides one Regional EMIS from India among the South-Asia EMISs.• Worked with UNHCR for development of Refugees EMIS (REMIS) in KP.• Develop SQMI (School Quality Management Initiative), IP (Induction Program) with the technical support of ASI-DFID.• Using Blended Learning, develop Learning Management System (LMS).• Design/develop eTransfer policy/system for teachers in KP.• Design/develop Human Resource Information System for the E&SE Department, KP.• Remained Provincial Education Focal Person for NCOC during the pandemic COVID-19.• Remained part of core team of all Annual Development Programs (ADPs) formulations• Key member of all the 5-Years Education Sector Plans (ESPs) and subsequent District Education Plans (DEPs).

Implemented three (03) IT Projects of more than Rs. 3500 Million under which 1170 IT Labs were established in Government Schools of KP and more than 2000 IT teaching staff was hired to run these IT Labs.• These are the state of the art IT Labs with InterActive OneScreen and 16 PCs per lab which are loaded with digital contents to support Blended Learning.• Managed distribution of the IT Labs among the districts on rationale base.• Selected feasible Schools for establishment of IT Labs as per criteria according to the PC-1.• As a Project Manager, managed establishment of the IT Labs, wherein the IT Labs rooms were renovated through PTCs (Parent Teacher Councils) in the field and procurement of furniture & IT equipment’s was done from the market.• Managed recruitment of the IT teaching staff out of more than 30,000 candidates under the project policy. Two IT teaching staff (i.e. one in B-16/17 and one in B-12) was recruited for each IT Lab.• Handle all the financial management of these projects as a Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO) for 5 years.• Managed inauguration of these IT labs public representatives for recognition and awareness at large.

• Managed and facilitate the ADP formulation by establishing EMIS in the Higher Education Department and linking it with the Elementary Education EMIS.• Carried out centralized procurement of general consumable items and IT equipment’s for all the colleges in the province

• Provincial Coordinator of Education Management Information System (EMIS) for National EMIS (NEMIS), Ministry of Education and Professional Training, Islamabad.• Establish EMIS cell in the Department as a planning tool and conducted Nine (09) ASC of Government and one of Private Schools as well as Deeni Madaris. Carried out the tool designing, database management, analysis, validation and reporting of these census.• Develop ESDSS (Education Spatial Decision Support System) for evidence based planning and decision making.• Establishment of Geographic Information System (GIS), IT related activities and maintenance of website.• Worked as Resource Person on Importance of data and its use for effective decision making and planning for the Districts-Thats-Works (DTW) – USAID Project to train the District Education Officers of KP, Punjab, Sindh & Balochistan.

• Analyze the District/Agency Monthly HMIS Reports for the implementation, progress and impact of the programme at gross root level.• Maintenance of database of programme staff at Provincial and field level.
