Responsibilities==========- Supervise subcontractor’s works according to design, Specifications, drawings, codes, and regulations.- Check combined services drawings and coordinate with Electrical, Sprinkler, Plumbing & Sanitary Contractors’ Check the opening sizes and locations of M&E Services in CBP (Concrete Body Plan) after coordinating M&E Services in Archi / Structure drawings.- Coordination Issues are highlighted and discussed during meetings.- Manage and supervise design drafting, coordination of M&E Services penetration drawings, riser detail drawings, onsite verification, and checking the installed items.- Check all M&E VOs, and verify M&E Progress Claims that subcontractors submitted.- Check the discrepancies between onsite, contract drawings/contract specification requirements and approved shop drawings, and Control all VOs and Budgets.- Pick up quantities and take BQ based on shop drawings and order materials according to approved shop drawings.- Attend daily site coordination meeting and highlights site issues to Contractors and sub-contractors.Prepare work schedule and follow-up schedule to finish and monitor M&E progress and submit a monthly progress report to the PM.- Make sure M&E installation works are by the specified specifications and consultant-approved drawings.- Manage all submissions (shop drawings, Method Statements, Material Catalogs, COC, Light Spec, Sanitary wares, Material physical samples) to consultant and architect.- Submit technical agendas (after internally discussing with M&E contractors for M&E issues), and meeting minutes to the Client / Consultant for the record.- Calculate BQ for all tenders and projects; submit quotations to main contractors in time. Prepare every month's progress claim and submit it.- Prepare VO depending on site instructions; check with the project department to prepare VO & SI and Design & Draw Shop Drawings & CSD.

Projects - MPT(DKN, Naypyidaw) Data Center Project - Design and Build For Data Centre Project At Star City, Thanlyn, Myanmar - Lanthit Avenue, 1 Block of 25-Storey R.C.C Residential Building & 1 Block of 25- Storey R.C.C, Office Tower with 7-Storey Car Parking Podium - Logistic Warehouse, Zaykabar, Mingalardon, Yangon, Myanmar - Minnandar Housing Project, ThakataTownship, Yangon, Myanmar Responsibilities==========- Check tender drawings and shop drawings for site installations.- Prepare MEP (ACMV) drawings, shop drawings, and equipment schedules.- Prepare Method of Statement (MOS) and Risk Assessment. - Check openings according to Combined Service Drawing (CSD).- Request Casting Schedule from Main-Contractor. - Prepare a safe and clean place on site for AHU, Cooling Tower, Chiller, MD, and other accessories placement.- Request approval letter to the main contractor depending on site instructions and starting site installation.- Order scissor lift, duct lifter, ladder, and toolbox to sub-com in time.- Check materials on site collected with RTO Approve.- Prepare for every daily, weekly, and monthly progress claim, check on-site, and submit.- Check quantities of equipment and material from the store balance.- Chase and check suppliers regarding materials for delivery on time.- Prepare daily work progress and report to the manager.- Prepare T&C document, As-build drawing, inspection form, handover document, and operation maintenance manual for main-com.- Help site QS team and Drafting team taking BOQ, variable orders, and drafting of working drawing and As-built drawing.

Responsibilities===============- Design & Calculation of All Projects- Calculate BQ for tenders projects- Do Quotations and tenders depend on Projects- Check and quotations for materials used in projects with suppliers- Claim money for all Projects every month- Go and check Sites according to Drawings and change Quotation and BQ if necessary depending on site conditions.- Check all site drawings and change them according to site condition- Calculation of load current for choosing MCCB, MCB, and RCBO size.- Selection of conductor sizes, circuit breaker types, and sizes- Electrical drawing and design, such as lighting, power, and single lines- Calculation and Estimation for the Electric Power Distribution System- Preparation of concept drawings for the projects- Preparation of coordination for projects- Drafting for shop drawings, As build drawings- Preparation for Engineering document- Check the invitation for quotation from main-com and decide whether to quote or not.- If quotes, ask suppliers for quotations depending on the tender- Pick up duct quantity including grilles, silencers, fans, louvers, flexible duct,- And check quotations from suppliers and choose the best one to quote- VCD, MD, NRD, FD, and need to pick up detail- And key in and do quotations according to the scope of work, And then submit it to main-con- On-site, every day, need to attend safety meetings- Need to do site permits for all works- Go & check all works with drawings- Co-operate with the main contractor and all other sub-contractors- Everyday need to do reports to the office- Prepare for daily work schedule- Order materials from suppliers for site necessary condition- Draft M&E Drawings (Electrical System, Fire Protection, ACMV, Plumbing, and Sanitary Services)
