• Manage brands as Christian Dior Pens and Men’s Accessories, Vuarnet Sunglasses, Ofee Joaillerie and Zaspero Watches.
• Oversee all the brands marketing and operations in the GCC.
• Monitor, measure, evaluate and manage brand performance. Doing market research and studies to develop business plans accordingly.
• Translate brand strategies into action plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Collect and handle orders, propose replenishments, open new point of sales, ensure proper shipping and billing.
• Yearly budget: purchasing, marketing A&P, sales forecast, and monthly projection.

Dubai

• Manage Watches and Jewelry Brands as Tonino Lamborghini, Maserati, Just Cavalli, Trussardi, Philip Watch, Sospiro, Morellato, Furla and Sector.
• Report directly to the General Manager and Brands Headquarter in Italy.
• In Charge of Key accounts in terms of Sales and Marketing across UAE, KSA, Qatar, Iraq, Iran, Oman, Jordan, Yemen & Travel Retail business.
• Develop and implements strategic marketing plans for the brands in the region
• Participate in regular progress meeting with staff and follow up with the action points agrees.
• Arrange training seminars for the retailers around the region.

Qatar

• In Charge of Watches, Jewelry and Eye wear department over 6 showrooms.
• Responsible of recruiting sales team, supervising the job of the sales and supervisors on the floor, arrange training sessions for the staff about brands history and product knowledge.
• Oversee yearly sales budget, purchasing budget, and A&P budget.
• Ensure all the brands presented properly, marketed, and achieving their allocated target.
• Sign distribution contracts and closing deals with international suppliers for the brands presented under my division.
• Organize events for launching new brands and collection.
