Currently working in Massadr Human resources, strategic Outsourcing & Staffing solutions (it one of Saudi Arabia Mega Manpower company) Saudi Chevron, Sahara/Sipchem, Maaden - Phosphate, Gulf Farabi, APC Advance Co etc.,Strategic Outsourcing & Staffing solutions planning is one of the part of my job role in Manpower recruitment and deployment to a short term project (3 month or 6 months duration project) in my Job role as Key account manager.To create a strategic plane for short term project considering SWOT to make sure convert into long term relationship with the client. Depending on client requirement for short term project segregating stand by staff, for the employee fit as per client category making them ready for mobilization and for the staff need to get trained for the arranging training session and make them ready to reach maximize client requirements number.
