ResponsibilitiesCost- Review data collected from branches to determine costs of business activity using ERP reports and design any needed reports using OVR.- Approve and post batches on ERP.- Assist in Preparing budget.- Analyze actual data and report budget variances to CFO.- Prepare monthly performance report.- Provide CFO with necessary data for special reporting purpose.- Provide financial analysis to the category operation team.- Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly close.- Review PO daily base to maintain budget and company plan.Fixed Assets- Assign tag numbers to fixed assets.- Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions on ERP.- Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed.- Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger on ERP.- Run depreciation calculations on ERP.- Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.- Conduct periodic physical count of fixed assets.- Recommend to management whether fixed assets should be disposed of.- Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management.- Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries.Payable- Receiving and reviewing all supplier invoices- Report to treasury dep. to Issue payment checks according to the co. payment terms.- Preparing monthly analysis/reports.- Follow up with supplier to maintain our record updated.- Reply to suppliers Emails and review their issues if existed.
