I embarked on a Diploma, not just for personal growth but to provide my mother with the respite she deserved.Post-graduation, navigating the professional landscape proved challenging. Every job seemed like a transient stop, devoid of opportunities to showcase my potential or envisage a meaningful future. Fueled by the desire for innovation and driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, two friends and I decided to take destiny into our own hands. Thus, we found Modulus Housing, a startup that captivated us with its groundbreaking concept of foldable cabins.The early days were far from comfortable; financial constraints compelled us to work tirelessly with only a nominal travel allowance. Balancing nocturnal delivery jobs with our passion for Modulus Housing became the norm. As an assembly engineer, I took on tasks like painting, grinding, cleaning,cutting. Amidst sleepless nights, skipped meals, and makeshift beds on the factory floor, the job became a profound learning experience. These were lessons that transcended the confines of formal education. What kept me going was an unyielding love for the work and the constant motivation from a company that valued individual contributions.From the gritty role of an assembly engineer, I ascended the ranks, assuming responsibilities as Stores Incharge, Stores and Safety Incharge, Supervisor, Factory Manager, and finally, Senior Manager at Manufacturing. The journey involved the manufacture and installation of over 1000 portable cabins in our factory and through collaborative efforts with subcontracting partners.The key to this journey has been a resolute focus on passion. Modulus Housing provided the platform to not only think freely but to prove myself in the face of adversity. Each promotion was a recognition of skill and dedication. In retrospect, I take pride in contributing to the growth of a company that started as a vision and evolved into a reality.
