In my working career I have gained a number of skills, from people management as a Forman of up to 30 other tradesmen through to managing an operating budget of up to $27M I have also been an Office Administrator and a couple of extended periods being seconded as Property Manager for New Zealand Defence in Linton Military Camp.Along the way I have become very proficient in the Microsoft Office Suit and was an instructor in SAP. I believe in helping where I can in the community. Voluntary positions I have held over the years include Chairperson of the Kindergarten my children went to and later the Board of Trustees for the school they went to. I was the treasurer for the Fielding Adult Literacy Office and completed two terms of office as the President of a service club.Currently I am the Chairperson of the Manawatu Victim Support Group, a Judicial Justice of the Peace, Member of the Central Districts JP Association Council, member of the JP Assn Professional Development team and Treasurer of a National Trust.
