• Drove the establishment of a collaborative working relationship between the project team and designer, resulting in the incorporation of several innovative design elements to improve future asset operability and reduce.
• Developed the project business case which was endorsed by the YVW board, the Treasurer and Minister for Water
• Challenged assumptions made during functional design to reconfigure the facility, reducing capital expenditure and improving asset operability
