I've built some great businesses, sold to some amazing customers, helped create Mountain Khakis which became a leading outdoor apparel brand sold in over 1,000 stores where I did some of the leading, the coffee making and the various roles in between along the way in all of them. Sales, Ecommerce, Finance, M&A and operational know-how are significant areas of experience and expertise. The Outdoor Industry, consumer products, technology services are all verticals I have depth in.Recently played CFO role for a leading PE backed Amazon 3rd Party Seller, in '20 supported the executive team at an expanding F500 size AggTech business, in '19 sold a Colorado business to NYC private equity firm and advised a global family office on M&A.Previous to MK I helped build and sell a soccer media company called Internetsoccer.com. My partners and I sold it to a British media company called TeamTalk. In a short period we did the first internet audio broadcast of the USMNT and got to run digital media for FIFA at the U17 World Cup in Trinidad. We built the first web development company in Charlotte in the early internet days and sold it to a rollup out of Atlanta called iXL at the time. Amazing experiences, hard work and great people all around made it happen.
