I took great pride in serving our guests and providing outstanding service, allowing the company to have returning guests for our services provided.

I met with clients to discuss their needs and create a plan for the event that included catering and equipment depending on the event. Made sure all electronic equipment was updated and ready for use. Equipment such as tablets, speakers, receipt printers, radios, and several other pieces of equipment on campus.Meeting with venue staff, caterers, etc. for planning.Evaluating events through guest feedback and making proper changes when needed.Attended events to supervise and make sure everything goes as planned. I was in charge of checking in all students that arrive at the Disability Resource Center. I assisted the students in registering for courses and guided them through various other resources on campus. I was in charge of watching students while taking tests outside of their regular classroom. I would check, sort, and forward emails when needed. Many phone calls and constant communication with staff and students in need were a daily task as well. I wrote and simplified reports for students that required them due to their disabilities.
