Salvatore (Sal) is originally from Brooklyn, NY, and is currently pursuing a Finance degree at Florida Gulf Coast University, expecting to graduate in 2025. His interest in real estate was ignited at a young age by observing his family manage rental properties. At 18, Sal earned his sales associate license in Florida and New York, and by 20, he had obtained his broker’s license. He now serves as an associate broker at EXP Realty LLC, working in both Southwest Florida and Brooklyn, with a primary focus on off-market residential and commercial properties. Additionally, Sal holds a commercial drone license (Part 107 UAS).Sal is also currently serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of Information Technology at Miniopolis LLC where he specializes in real estate new construction sales, real estate development, and affordable housing. His job is to collaborate with land owners and city officials to help solve the affordable housing crisis we have here in Florida. Miniopolis is also a full service General Contractor that preforms a variety of services such as consulting, commercial, and residential buildouts and renovations.
